My name Is Ian Neibarger and I have been an active member of BSA Troop 224 for the past several years and have gone through the ranks to achieve the rank of Life Scout and now am working to complete my Eagle Scout Project. My proposed project is a Dog Park for the Village of Poplar Grove. I have received permission from the Village to go ahead with this project and I am now in the fundraising stage.

My proposed budget is $10,500.00. I have several fundraisers planned to raise money and have asked for personal donations from my friends and family. I also am requesting donations from local businesses. please make checks payable to Village of Poplar Grove (please note Dog Park on your check) and send to the Poplar Grove Village Hall.

My Goal is to have the Dog Park open by the spring of 2020. The property to be used is located on Hill Street south of the Poplar Grove Village Hall. Our local dogs will benefit greatly and the park complex will be an asset to the Village Community Area.
